What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge varies with each product and the mode of shipping.
We incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps us reduce logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off by us for selected products, if you shop with us for a minimum predefined value.
For example, Shipping charges would be Rs 60 (varies with the product and delivery location) for delivery per item if the order value is less than Rs 1000. While, orders of Rs 1000 (varies with the product and delivery location) or above are delivered free. Please check during check-out before payment.
Delivery Assurance ?
There is no guaranteed dispatch time or delivery and any information about the dispatch or delivery time is estimate only and should not be relied upon as such. Therefore, time is not the essence of the bi-partite contract between the buyer and the seller for purchase and sale of product on or through the website. However, the product shall not be delivered to the buyer unless the buyer makes the payment of the purchase of Product.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each product or why does the delivery date differ to specified business days?
It is possible that our seller and courier partners have a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays & Holidays (National and Regional) and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Seller generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
- Product offered by the seller
- Availability of the product with the seller
- Mode of shipping.
- Location for the order to be shipped
- Varies with each courier partner.
Are there any hidden costs on items sold by Sellers?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on The Kickstart Store. Listed prices are final and all-inclusive except shipping charges as not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the shipping policy.
Cannot ship to my address. Why?
Please enter your pin code on the checkout stage to check for serviceability, pin code serviceable will be as agreed by our courier partners. It also depends on below factors :
- Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
- The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
- At times Sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.
Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?
Availability of CoD depends on the service offered by our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the checkout to check if CoD is available in your location.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Contact Us to initiate a return by filling up the returns form, you will receive a call explaining the process & eligible for returns, once you have initiated a return, We will facilitate the pick-up of the item through our courier partners where ever possible. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through our courier partners, you can return the item through a third-party courier service, shipping charges has to be borne by the sender (Buyer).
Does "The Kickstart Store" deliver internationally?
As of now The Kickstart Store doesn't deliver items internationally. However, you will be able to order products on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
